This monthly support group is for adult children of someone with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders and it is supported by Northwestern’s Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer’s Disease Center (CNADC) and The Clare.

Instrcutions: Come to the lobby of the Clare and you will be shown to our meeting location.  If you are driving, please use the valet service at the Clare.  Parking fee is $10.

Meeting Times

Meetings occur on the first Monday of each month from 6-7:30pm. Please arrive promptly at 6pm.

Fee

There is no fee to participate in this support group. Group participants can receive discounted parking if using the Northwestern Hospital parking garage (250 E. Huron Ave.)
