Alzheimer's Disease Core Center (ADCC)

The Northwestern ADCC is one of thirty-two Alzheimer's Disease Core Centers (ADCC) across the United States funded by the National Institute on Aging, and one of three state Alzheimer's centers funded by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Our mission is to provide a foundation for the integration of clinical and research activities in Alzheimer's disease, other related dementia-causing diseases, and healthy cognitive aging.

The structure of the ADCC consists of 4 "Cores":
